Bali Miel
Bali is a very beautiful 12 year old 15hh pure bred Haflinger gelding. He was born in Belgium as Modest Van'T Zwin and kept as a stallion at stud until he was 11 when he was gelded and imported to England. In the 6 months before Lesley bought him, little is known of his history.
Although clearly of a kind and gentle nature, he was very nervous of a rider mounting, and was held tightly by two men when he was tried out pre-purchase. Gareth worked on this and several other anxiety issues he had, and he is now a much happier and settled horse.
In company he is a genuine chap suitable for even fairly novice riders, being willing and forward going in a safe kind of way. Children can be led on a lead rein. He prefers to go out with another horse, especially with his best friend Bob.
